It's my feeling that political collapse for the USA has already started. I also think that a MAGA takeover of the federal government would immediately accelerate collapse for the USA because MAGA 2025 would add radical disruption on top of systemic disruption. But even if MAGA does not take over the federal order this cycle, a less radically disruptive regime would still have to deal with the political dynamics that will be caused by the unprecedented climatic and energy transition phases that will undermine governmental stability fundamentally.
