You provide an excellent summary of our current challenges, Umair. The cycle of rise and fall is pretty much a natural trajectory that has confronted all human endeavors. Today, we have the added challenge of extreme climate disruption because of the industrial innovation and extreme use of fossil fuels. This reality makes charting our near future of the next 30 years (2023-2053) an unreliable guide. We will just have to live through it and adjust to the new conditions as they unfold.
