Mike, great article. Seems we are in a downhill race on a spiraling road. I don't feel sad for myself, because for the most part, my life cycle of productive accomplishment is mostly behind me, and death is just the next stop somewhere around the bend. But the young people and children alive now and soon to be born will have to deal with a wrecked planet and dead end roads. Their productive years and life expectations will unfold on a hostile world with impossible climate conditions and failed societies. That is the greatest tragedy.
